What It Does
SalesButler's Online Scheduling gives you two tabs to manage your calendar. The Appointments tab lets you create and manage appointments with a full status flow — from pending to confirmed, in-progress, completed, or cancelled. The Availability tab lets you set day-of-week time slots with configurable durations so customers always see accurate openings. Combined with the Public Booking Page, your leads can self-schedule without a phone call.
Step-by-Step Guide
Set Your Availability
In the Availability tab, define which days and time slots you're available. Set appointment durations (30 min, 1 hour, etc.) to match your service types.
Create Appointments
Add appointments manually from the Appointments tab with customer details, service type, date, time, and assigned technician.
Manage Status Flow
Track each appointment through its lifecycle: pending → confirmed → in-progress → completed (or cancelled).
Share Your Booking Page
Give customers your public booking link so they can see available slots and self-schedule online.
Get Notifications
Receive alerts for new bookings, cancellations, and upcoming appointments so nothing falls through the cracks.
