What It Does

SalesButler's Online Scheduling gives you two tabs to manage your calendar. The Appointments tab lets you create and manage appointments with a full status flow — from pending to confirmed, in-progress, completed, or cancelled. The Availability tab lets you set day-of-week time slots with configurable durations so customers always see accurate openings. Combined with the Public Booking Page, your leads can self-schedule without a phone call.

Set Your Availability

In the Availability tab, define which days and time slots you're available. Set appointment durations (30 min, 1 hour, etc.) to match your service types.

Add appointments manually from the Appointments tab with customer details, service type, date, time, and assigned technician.
